Yellow Tag – Selected Natural

Northeastern’s Selected Natural Grade trees offer a more rustic, authentic appearance while still exceeding the top expectations of the U.S. No. 2 grade. These trees have a natural charm and are ideal for Traditionalists, Nature-Lovers, and those who appreciate a more organic look. They are lightly sheared and display a 40–70% taper with light density. Though they may have uneven growth, some bare spots, or a visible trunk, they are still healthy, fresh, and clean. Each tree features one straight top (leader) and a butt-pruned base for easy stand placement.

Under the U.S. No. 2 grade, the tree must meet the normal characteristics of the species, have no signs of disease, and be clean and well-shaped. Two adjacent sides may contain up to three minor defects each, while the remaining two faces may have no more than two noticeable defects. Natural grade trees are a favourite for those seeking a simple, traditional tree with authentic woodland appeal.

Sizes come in 3-5 ft (Tabletops), 5-6.5 ft, 6.5-8.5 ft, and 8.5-10 ft.
